CAUTION:
DO NOT CONNECT THE POWER UNTIL
INSTALLATION IS COMPLETE. ONLY AUTHORIZED
SERVICE PERSONNEL SHOULD GROUND THE
CONNECTION. |
Step 1:
Remove the existing toilet seat
and lid by unfastening the fixation nuts under
the seat hinge. Note: Keep the
detached seat, lid and nuts for future use if
desired. |
Step 2:
Turn off the water supply to the
toilet by turning the shutoff valve clockwise.
Drain the toilet water tank
completely. |
Step 3:
Detach the water supply hose from
the shutoff valve. (Keep all removed toilet
parts together in case you move or
need to reinstall them.)
Step 4:
Install the T-valve into the end
of the water supply hose that connects to the
toilet’s water tank.
Step 5:
Reconnect the flexible water
supply hose. (Note: The T-valve is standard
½-inches in size. If connecting
3/8-inch, use the conversion nut with packing
before connecting the branching valve;
then, connect the T-valve and valve
coupling nut with packing.) |
Step 6:
Insert the fixation bolts into
the grooves at the bottom of the bidet unit so
that they match the bolt holes of the
toilet. (There are two possible dimensions to
install. The outside groove is 155mm and the
inside groove is 140mm.)
|
Step 7:
Insert the bolts into the holes
on the toilet. Place the rubber packing on the
bolt, followed by a washer, and then
tighten the fixation nut. |
Step 8:
Connect the PVC flexible hose
from the main unit to the T-valve and water
supply inlet. |
Step 9:
Insert the deodorization
cartridge into the unit. |
